Thanks Ashe. Good posting, as usual I end up gettung stuck on youtube and learning or rather recognising more. It's a good tool for training if you already have a base to start with.
In the clip above you can start to see the absorbing of the pushes, makes me realise the importance of a roundedness to a push, ie. not linear. Its seems to be the difference between the trying to push and the push that arises from the flow. I remember a workshop, master Sam was asking us "how to pay attention ?" We were all trying to absorb as much as possible from the day and in just by trying we were already busy, the receiver already had some interference. " Intend to be attentive " he told us. Steve |

All this while I'm better off with shovering & divert off the attacaking, but lately start to I reckon that, one need to be ready to lose or allowed opponent to come in before he can absorp and spinn off the oppornent.
I'm participating 2 days PH competition in K.Lumpur tomorrow and let he how far I can move on with my new skills. . |
